With psychotherapy, the aim is to explore and interpret any difficulties you are experiencing. Together, we will concentrate on untangling your thoughts, feelings and behaviour.

We will look carefully at the symptoms you experience, your childhood and your current relationships, as well as how you relate to me as your therapist. Our quest will be to help you live a more present and connected life.

Psychotherapy is sometimes a painful process and can be hard work. However, the benefits are not just in alleviating your symptoms, psychotherapy also improves your general wellbeing and will allow you to move on with your life.
